Name: Christopher D. Briller

Title: President

Description:

Christopher Briller is President of MerchantPro Express. Utilizing his experience in the merchant industry, he is responsible for leading MerchantPro Express’s core sales function, developing talent, and overseeing key relationships.

Prior to starting MerchantPro Express, Mr. Briller was Vice President of Sales for TransFirst where he had responsibility for all Partner Bank regional sales. He also spent 7 years at First Data and held various leadership roles throughout his tenure. Mr. Briller started from the ground up in this industry, beginning his merchant services career as an Account Executive and quickly rising through the management ranks.

Mr. Briller earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the New York Institute of Technology. He resides in Massachusetts with his wife Suzanne.



Name: Feliks Frenkel

Title: Chief Financial Officer

Description:

Feliks Frenkel was born in Kiev, Ukraine. He studied civil engineering at the University of Siberia. Mr. Frenkel immigrated to the United States in 1977 with his family. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and Stern Business School. Feliks served for many years as a senior managing director of OTA Limited Partnership. He now is a principal of Saturn Bio-Sciences, LP.

Mr. Frenkel is a Board Chairman of the Council of Jewish Émigré Community Organizations (COJECO), former member of the executive committee of the UJA-Federation of New York, President of the National Folksbiene Yiddish Theater, and a Board member of FEGS, Shorefront Y and several other Jewish organizations.

Feliks lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.


Name: Michael A. Kintz

Title: Senior Vice President

Description:

Michael Kintz brings more than fifteen years of experience in the merchant acquiring and banking industry to his role as Senior Vice President of Sales for MerchantPro Express, where his duties include overseeing the company's operations in the Southeastern United States.

Dedicated to providing superior customer service, Mike educates clients and prospects about the payment processing industry, allowing them to make an educated decision about the services and provider that is right for them.

A native of Elk Grove, California, Mike began his financial industry career as a branch manager with Wells Fargo Bank. He then spent nine years with merchant services provider First Data where, as Director of Sales, he led a team of more than 100 sales executives and was involved with the growth of Wells Fargo Merchant Service, Sovereign Merchant Services and Sams Club Credit Card Processing.

An avid community volunteer, Mike particularly enjoys programs that involve working with kids, and he is an active member of the Rotary Club of Johns Creek-North Fulton, in addition to serving as President of Professional Resource Group.

Name: Ronald Phillips

Title: Managing Member of Merchant Advance Funding LLC

Description:

Ronald Phillips is the managing member of Merchant Advance Funding LLC, a merchant cash advance lender affiliated with MerchantPro Express and MoneyPro Express. Mr. Phillips is also a partner in MoneyPro Express. Previously, he served as the Portfolio Manager for the DKR Saturn Event Driven Program from inception in 2002 through windown in late 2008. The DKR Saturn Event Driven Fund was a hedge fund affiliated with DKR Capital Inc., and had peak assets of $600 million. The fund traded equities, bonds, and bank debt.

Since February 2006, Mr. Phillips has also served on the board of Oilsands Quest Inc. (AMEX symbol BQI), where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Oilsands Quest is a $300 million plus market capitalization Calgary based oil sands development company.

Prior to working at DKR, Mr. Phillips co-managed the Weiss, Peck & Greer Merger Arbitrage Fund, was an analyst with Taurus Partners merger arbitrage fund, and was an associate at the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City.

Following graduation from Stanford Law School in 1992, Mr. Phillips served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate’s General Corp, primarily serving at the Pentagon as an assistant to the Department of Defense General Counsel. Mr. Phillips graduated from Brown University in 1989. Mr. Phillips is a member of the New York, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. bars.

Name: Greg Gulotta

Title: Vice President of Sales

Description:

Greg Gulotta started his career with Chase Merchant Services in 1998 and soon became their sales trainer.  As one of the trainers, Greg was instrumental in changing how Chase trained their senior and new sales reps. He was nominated the #1 sales trainer of the year by his peers.  Greg moved to Dallas Texas in 2000 to take over as a District Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Merchant Services.  In just  nine short months his district was the most profitable district out of 15 district offices.  When Greg left Wells, he started The Merchant Advisors and put together a small team that serves the DFW area and brought a sales approach that is purely consultative and innovative as they introduce small and medium sized businesses to credit card processing, gift and loyalty cards, cash advances, restaurant pay at the table, and restaurant on-line ordering.  In 2009 he joined and is proud to be a part of the MerchantPro Express Team as they expand this strong market in Texas.

Title: President, Money Pro Express

Description:

William Morrissey is the President of Money Pro Express , our Merchant Cash Advance provider. Money Pro Express has over 40 employees and is headquartered on 5th avenue in New York City. Mr. Morrissey is responsible for all outside business partnership relations as well as helping to assist With our in house lending company Merchant Advance Funding`s daily operations. Mr. Morrissey Brings over 16 years of both sales and management experience , having held management positions At Everen Securities, Prism Communications and Fast Capital. Mr. Morrissey founded Merchant Solutions Group in 2006 which is a provider of Merchant Cash Advances as well as all other merchant services.

Name: Brad R. Cottier

Title: Vice President of Sales & Account Management

Description:

Brad is the Vice President of Sales and Account Management for MerchantPro Express-Rochester. Brad’s ability to cultivate and manage partner relationships, combined with his industry experience and technical knowledge have allowed him to play an intricate role in the growth of the company both regionally and nationally.

In addition to MerchantPro Express, Brad invests in real estate and volunteers as a mentor in a Big Brother Big Sister program and as an ice hockey coach.

Brad completed his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College in 2003.

 
Name: Chad Cohen

Description:

Chad comes to Merchant Pro Express with 20 years of sales and management experience, chief amongst them he was the owner of Chez Lenard’s Gourmet Hot Dog Stand in Ridgefield, CT. This regionally famous eatery was a hot spot all around Fairfield County, Connecticut. After 10 years he sold the business and went into sales in NYC in Merchant Cash Advance. He grew into management running multiple crews from his helm in Herald Square. He lives in Ridgefield, CT with his wife Kirsten and his three daughters.
