How It Works
The TeleCheck ECA Warranty service allows you to accept checks easily, efficiently and safely. You benefit from reduced bank fees, lowered operating expenses and improved cash flow through faster funding. And with the Warranty service, returned check processing and collections can be managed by TeleCheck.
The service converts a paper check into an electronic transaction at the point-of-sale. The Automated Clearing House (ACH) network is used to process the transaction and fund your account generally within two business days. Plus, if a check is returned, TeleCheck manages the entire collections process giving you more time to focus on your business.

How It Works
When paper checks are received from consumers, they are scanned by a device, converted to an electronic transaction and processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system. Funds from those transactions go directly into your account, generally within two business days. Returned checks are greatly reduced due to TeleCheck’s extensive databases and risk scoring engines. This direct deposit option makes the TeleCheck Lockbox Payment solution a faster and easier alternative to paper check processing.

How It Works
Customers provide basic check details to merchants who in turn contact TeleCheck for risk assessment. The transaction is treated like a paper check transaction and the risk scoring tools are utilized to determine the likelihood of a returned check.
The TeleCheck Check on Delivery service allows you to get authorization to accept a check before incurring the costs of pulling and shipping goods or putting valuable time into a project.
